When drunk chilled, it is dry with little character, but as the temperature rises, it has a rich soft umami flavor. A slight bitterness comes later. It has a classical sake quality.

The seasonal product could not be released for two seasons due to the earthquake and the harvest (I vaguely remember), so this is a limited edition spec for 2024 (according to the store staff).
It tastes dry and crisp after opening.
After a couple of days, it loses some of its edge, but still has the freshness of nigori, and goes well with Japanese food in general.

Junmai-like firmness, but with a low alcohol content of 13%, it has a refreshing feeling that is typical of Masamune.
It can be served with Japanese food, both light and strong flavors.
