No secondary fermentation in the bottle. I was expecting a bit of schwarziness, but I was a little disappointed. But it's good! You can drink it in any quantity! It tastes like a big peak. ❗️ The lid is corked, which is a pain in the ass, and it took a lot of effort to open the lid at first! It's a good match for Otter Centrifugation 35, but I feel it loses a little. But it tastes good. ❗️

Slightly effervescent, good thirst-quenching taste. It is sweet but has a sharpness. Harada also takes a lot of time and effort for secondary fermentation in the bottle. The regular price seems a little expensive, but from a hawk's point of view, is it cheap? I wish you good luck with Hatsumomiji. Sorry for saying unnecessary things.

ゴマぶりWaka Musume - Usuka Sakura Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Very limited light nigori Raw material rice: Saito no Shizuku Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16%. Price: 1892 yen Despite the warning against opening the bottle, there was no gaseous sensation! Wakamusume is acidic and light nigori, so the sweetness comes up later. Compared to Yamadanishiki, it is less sweet and delicious. The aftertaste is very Shintani style!
