2017年3月頃から日本酒に、のめり込んでしまいました。 上燗から落ちてくる温度変化の呑み口、まだまだですが、昨年あたりから家呑みでぬる燗、花冷えなど、温度計とにらめっこして、蔵元さんのおすすめ温度など、楽しみつつあります。 数多くは飲んでてもまだまだ。 毎年の味が違うのでキリがなく奥深いものですが、楽しんて行きたいです。 今年は家呑み中心。今年の美味しい日本酒のみアップしております。
