Full and soft rice sweetness is slowly coming through.
The umami is also strong.
Finish with a dry taste
Well-balanced, as is typical of Kamikigen.
Although it is not disclosed, the sake level is about +3 to +4.
Personal impression
I think it's time to start transitioning from summer sake to fall sake.
