The classic series is less sweet than the regular series.
but still has the Nabeshima character.
I personally love it!
The aroma is light.
The first sip gives a gorgeous impression.
The sweetness is not so much, but the umami is clearly asserted.
Sourness is also present, with dryness and a slight bitterness at the end.
Very nice taste.
For everyday drinking

But I still want to enjoy other sakes
