The approach to Yoshida Shrine. Matsui Shuzo, Yoshida Shrine "Setsubun Festival" Goshinzake from the neighborhood. Very easy to drink, lactobacillus flavor with no cloying taste. This is a special sake that could be a booming drink nowadays and I enjoyed it. It was a sake that made my body happy. It is the best aperitif.

Comparison of Kubota at a store that offers Asahi Sake Brewery. Hyakusyu, Senju, Hekiju, Junmai Daiginjo, Yukimine, and an extra New Year's Day Shibori. My favorites were the Junmai Daiginjo and Hekiju. The Hyakutoshi was so delicious that it made me appreciate sake more and more. I may have drunk too much and lost track of it a bit, but I realized the elegance and quality of Kubota. I will go back to savor it a little more carefully.
