It was given to me as a souvenir from Saijo. It is a very orthodox sake, with a nostalgic image of sake, and a high alcohol content. It was very strong. Today it was at room temperature, but I think it would be even better if it were cooled down.
Serve chilled with sashimi. It gives a more subdued impression. I felt the tradition of sake that makes everyday meals tastier, which stands firmly in the center and brings out the flavors of all the ingredients one by one. Interesting.
