I stopped by Musashi Winery Co. by chance on my way out. I decided to try the sake produced in 2021 because I wanted to try a matured sake.
I thought the taste was a little different from the sake I usually drink, and I wondered if it was the sense of maturity. I thought this flavor was also delicious.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the flavor from the slightly gaseous sensation. The aftertaste disappears quickly and is easy to drink.
It is a very good sake from a brewery near my house. I got drunk again today.
