I bought it because of the name "Hinomay" and the intriguing picture label.
The taste is sour and lactic acidic. It has a strong umami and full-bodied flavor, but the acidity gives it a smooth aftertaste. I really liked the taste and was able to enjoy it with gulps and gulps. It was very delicious.
