It tastes like alcohol and disappears quickly. There is almost no aftertaste.
The label on the back of the bottle says it was made with "the ultimate food sake" in mind.

...Is this the same brewery as Hakurakusei? I have had Hakurakusei before. I remember it was delicious. Probably.
