The first royal sake in a long time.
🍶Sakunohana Junmai Ginjo
It is a dry sake with a nice umami taste and a smooth finish.
When you swallow it, it smells like amazake made with malted rice. Thanks to this, the Hinamatsuri (Girls' Festival) is light in my brain.
The first time I drank it, I was surprised to find that it was so dry.
I bought this at Karuizawa Hatsuji Ichiba, which I happened to pass by on the wrong street.
It is not a liquor store, so I wondered if it would be good or not. I was not a sake shop, so I bought it thinking, "I wonder if it is a typical sake.
It must be a typical sake of this brand.
Hatsuji Ichiniwa is a stylish roadside station with vegetables, local specialties, and souvenirs. There are vegetables, local specialties, souvenirs, and a stylish restaurant.
It was my first time to visit there, and it was quite nice.
Well, I only bought vegetables and sake, so I didn't enjoy the stylishness...
There were many branches for decoration and other nice things for sale, so it was a feast for the eyes.
I was very impressed...
Hmmm, this sake...
Too sharp to finish.
Food alcohol type, dangerous! 😂⚠️
