I don't know how to describe sake, but sweet like cotton candy? Is it safe to say...?
The rice used was Hana-moi, which was delicious in Mutsu Hachisen.
I held out for days and days and drank it with crazy expectations, and it tasted just as good as I expected.
It is not just sweet, but also has a sake-like quality.
I can see why Tasake is so popular.
I would like to try some made with other types of rice.
I can't get to Aomori often, so I'll just have to become a regular customer at my local liquor store 😊.
