Fruity, like muscat.
A little tangy, is it the slight effervescence? There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste.
This one was purchased at Hachinohe's Hachishoku Center. I had heard that Tasake was like a phantom sake, but it seems that special junmai sake (purchased at a roadside station) and this sake are usually available anyway.
I hope to someday get a taste of the fantastic Tasake (does it even exist?!?). I would like to know what it tastes like.
