Due to the circumstances of taking medication, I had to refrain from drinking for a while, but I am gradually resuming. Fu. of Tomikunishiki, like a sweet white wine. It is a wonder that this flavor can be produced from rice. It is very light at 8% alcohol. My favorite degree ★★☆☆☆☆☆

The specs alone are exciting: 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture. The nose has a pleasant sweet banana-like aroma. This junmai sake comes in an aluminum screw bottle. I hesitate to drink directly from the bottle, so I drink it neatly out of an inokuchi. It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, but the rice flavor is concentrated and rich. The fruity aroma is weak, but the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads powerfully and finishes quickly. I did not expect this wine from its aluminum can appearance, but it was quite tasty. It had been sitting still for about a month after purchase, but the supernatant was only about 1/3 full of the net lees. The first sip of the supernatant was a rich sweetness that was like (peach + banana)/2. Next, shake the bottle gently and pour it into a glass, and it turns into a sludge. The texture is like amazake, with a few grains of rice remaining on the tongue. The taste is well-balanced, with the deliciousness of the rice covering the fruity sweetness. I happened to find it on the line at a local supermarket, so I bought it. When I poured it into a cold sake glass, it was a cloudy yellowish white. The aroma of unrefined sake is faint. When I put it in my mouth, it tasted like sweet and sour yogurt juice, just as everyone said it would. The alcohol content is only 6%, so it is easy to drink. Thank you for the sake.

Since we came all the way to Osaka, we had Aki-shika from Nose-machi. I have been drinking a lot of sweet and tasty sake lately, so it has been a while since I have had an orthodox dry sake. This sake is from Kasai City, next to Kato City, famous for its Yamada-Nishiki. There is almost no top-fragrance, but it seems to have a very slight citrusy aroma. It also has a shwashiness to it, but it is a little weak. The taste of rice seems to be straightforward without any peculiarities. I enjoyed the smooth taste. Thank you very much.

This sake is from Kagoshima Prefecture. The top nose is mild and smooth, like peach or melon. The texture is a little thick on the tongue. It has a pleasant fruity aroma and is quite delicious. I was passing by the Isonosawa Sake Brewery in Ukiba, Fukuoka Prefecture, and couldn't pass by without buying some. I was told to be careful about opening the bottle, but I spilled about 30ml. What a waste... It has a slight aroma of sakekasu (sake lees). The taste is light with a moderate sweetness, but the flavor of the rice is well utilized in a rustic way. The alcohol content is 10 degrees, so it is easy to drink. Thank you very much.

It is said to be unusually sweet for a Niigata sake. When we opened the bottle with high expectations, we found that the top aroma was modest, but when we put it in our mouth, it smelled a little like cemedine, which was a little bit bitter to our nose. It is a bit like cemedine. It is a bit like a cemedine. The sweetness is certainly felt, but I felt something rough or awkward. The next day, I tried the rest again. It was totally different from yesterday's. The cemedine smell was gone. The cemedine smell was gone, and a strong sweetness came to the fore. And with a smoothness that has matured elegantly.
