はかたサバスキーIt is said to be unusually sweet for a Niigata sake.
When we opened the bottle with high expectations, we found that the top aroma was modest, but when we put it in our mouth, it smelled a little like cemedine, which was a little bit bitter to our nose. It is a bit like cemedine. It is a bit like a cemedine. The sweetness is certainly felt, but I felt something rough or awkward.
The next day, I tried the rest again. It was totally different from yesterday's. The cemedine smell was gone.
The cemedine smell was gone, and a strong sweetness came to the fore. And with a smoothness that has matured elegantly. It was so delicious that I could have drunk it forever without a snack.
It was quite a unique sake.
Thank you for the sake. はかたサバスキー100% Tojo Yamadanishiki from Kato-shi, Hyogo Prefecture is used.
The top aroma is mild, with a fresh melon aroma that seems to have been drawn from top-grade rice.
In the mouth, an elegant yet core sweetness and umami flavor spreads out in a flurry.
After a considerable delay, a strong bitterness comes in to tighten things up.
The entire experience was a pleasure to savor, with a graceful and seamless taste.
Thank you very much. みやぞーIt has a good acidity and a good taste of rice. We had it with a steak of Miyazaki beef that my partner won in a prize contest. The meat was very high quality and had a lot of fat (sashi), so this sake, with its low sweetness, was probably just right. When I say sweetness and spiciness, it was about the middle in my sense. But the cup sake is good, isn't it? You can try out different kinds of sake, and recently the designs have become more elaborate and fun to look at (omega). Lastly, I would like to thank my partner for giving me a delicious steak as a prize. Please win something again. m(_ _)m みやぞーI bought a 300ml drinkable size to try and opened the bottle (^. The first sip, which was chilled in the back of the refrigerator, had a strong sour taste. The second sip, I rolled it around in my mouth, but I didn't feel the sweetness so much. It's sour but not overpowering, so if you pair it with a strong dish, it will reset your palate. This is the kind of sake you want to sip on a midsummer night! It's a drink I'll be repeating.
