It's been a while since I've had an evening drink 🥺. Tough season to find a day when my nose isn't stuffy💦. A quirky drink ✨ I don't detect any sweetness 🤲. Aroma is also moderate👌

Prolonged cold and stuffy nose. A month of not feeling any flavor or anything. 🌧️ I'm finally feeling better and was looking forward to this one 🎉. Light on the palate and subdued on the nose (because of the stuffy nose?). 😂. From a refreshing mineral type feeling: ☀️ The aftertaste can be felt well ✨. As expected from a special junmai ‼️ Quite delicious👍 The sake rice seems to be specially made for this 😍. I'd like to try the others 😋. I'll have to buy it when I find it ❗️

First Yamahai ^_^✨ Pale amber color Aroma like Shaoxing sake unique to Namahashimoto and Yamahai⭐︎ Mild on the palate with a nutty aroma on the nose. Very nice 👌 It's a bit strong but I like it very much😍.

First Junmai Daiginjo in a long time✨ I heard Kuheiji was delicious so I couldn't resist buying some 🍶. Got it at a local liquor store. The aroma is sweet and pear-like 🤤 The mouthfeel is as expected of a daiginjo 🤤. The mouthfeel is as expected of a daiginjo ⭐︎⭐︎ Very refreshing ☀️ Not too sweet, but it gives the impression of being crisp and clean 🎵. The slight effervescence is a nice accent ✨. It's still an honor student 👌. As expected of Junmai Daiginjo (^^) I'd like to try a Junmai Ginjo of this one too!

The mouth feel is amazingly refreshing ^_^✨. The ginjo aroma is only slightly perceptible 🍶. Then comes a crisp bitterness but it's 👍 Not too strong 🤲. Overall, it's smart and cohesive 😊. Good or bad, it's a non habitual type 🤤.

Second time for chivalry: ⭐︎ This time 50%🍶. The mouthfeel has become more refreshing, but there's still a good amount of thickening but the umami is well woven and thickened 🤤. The lighter the taste is at first The residual umami is very easy to understand. ‼️ I think I prefer the rough 70% taste 💦.

I often see this in your posts Tasoore🎉. I was surprised when I took a sip and it was more orangey than I thought it would be! I really feel the mystery of sake 🤤. I think it tastes even better after a few days than when it's just opened. I like it even more ✨ I think the Kouei Kiku series tastes better a little after opening the bottle. I think most of the Koei Kiku series tastes better when the bottle is opened a little later. ‼️ I wonder if it's the same for all the sparkling ones 🧐. I've been drinking Koei Kiku the most for some reason😍.

Night and Dance💃. Low alcohol drinks low fizzy ⭐︎ Moderate aroma, melon-like 🍈 on the palate Low alcohol content, light and refreshing 🤤. Perfect for the rainy season🌧️ I think it has more sharpness than a bad dry wine. Maybe it's because it has a strong mineral taste 🧐. I wonder if it's not enough for some people. This is the Oigawa Sake from Shizuoka 🎉✨! I wanted to drink a junmai type, but there was only this one in the store. I had to buy it 😭 It was a reasonably priced one, about 500 yen. I was happy to drink it for that price 🍶. The aroma was not that strong and the alcohol was a little strong, so I would have liked to drink something like a ginjo type 🧐.

A night full of Shizuoka trip ✨ I wasn't sure what it was made of. I had a feeling it was a special ginjo or something along those lines😅. For better or worse, it's easy to drink. I honestly wasn't too impressed with it 🥺. I'd like to try other kinds: ⭐︎

Here's another bottle that was recommended to me at the liquor store✨. It's so easy to drink ❗️ From the melon aroma to the lingering umami aftertaste 🍐. Maybe because it's 70%, The aftertaste is amazing⭐︎ I was surprised to see how different the aftertaste of the same 70% rice can be. I was surprised at how different the umami aftertaste is when the rice is the same 70%.

This was recommended to me by a liquor store that I have been interested in for a while🍶. I consulted with them about opening a new door for me as a sake beginner and they recommended it to me: ‼️ Super dry And it was my first time to try a sake called "kamishige" (sake yeast yeast). This sake must have been made in a very difficult process 😖. The mouthfeel is very dry 🤣. But it cuts through without leaving a bad feeling. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of Shaoxing sake or brandy! This completely opened a new door 💕. It's more robust than the Hakkaisan dry sake I had before and I totally prefer it ✨. This one is much more robust and I like it a lot better ✨. I still didn't understand the unique characteristics of the kamishige yeast. I hope to notice the difference as I drink more and more 😓. I drank it at room temperature for now. I wondered if it would be good to drink it hot or hot sake ❓ Please let me know if you have a recommended temperature ❕.

It has the refreshing taste of Junmai Daiginjo 🍶 but I wonder if it has the richness of unfiltered sake. But I wonder if it has the richness that only unfiltered sake can have 🍶. I felt it was very well balanced 🤓. It is better to drink it a little lukewarm It's easier to feel the goodness of unfiltered I think it's easier to feel the goodness of the unfiltered flavor when it's a little lukewarm

I got an epidemic disease and couldn't smell or taste anything. I spent a month not tasting sake at all 😭💦. I finally opened a bottle I was looking forward to drinking ❗️🍶 I saw it at a local liquor store and bought it. I think it's very well balanced 🤓🤓. It's not quite dry from the pear-like aroma, but it's still very much worth a look 👌. It's not dry, but it's worth a look 👌. The aftertaste is also very sharp and easy to drink 🤲. I started drinking sake and tried the category of dry sake for the first time since I started drinking sake: ❗️ A customer recommended Hakkaisan 🎉, a relatively easy to find brand. I drank it cold and was surprised at how easy it was to drink! I realized that this is what "sharpness" means 🍶. I'm sure I can change the sweet or dry taste depending on my mood. The aroma is more refreshing than other sake, probably because it's been lit once. ❗️ The mouthfeel is one word: sharp. It is sharp but also juicy. ⭐︎ Perfect for the coming hot season Perfect for the coming hot season. Depending on the dish and time of year, it may be a little lackluster. Second time honored chrysanthemum Helllo!koueigiku against a light nigori More refreshing than the last nigori, with a sweet aroma reminiscent of melon.
