Iwate's Local Sake Part II
Good balance of sweetness and bitterness.
This is good as a food sake, and also good as a toi (drink) for the sake of the "noobe".

Stable taste!
You can see why many fans prefer it to Jyushidai!
The balance of sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and spiciness is perfect.
It's a common sake that is only distributed locally, but it's hard to find!

First Kamo Nishiki Shifuda Sake
Rare rice Short-stalked boat? I've certainly never heard of this rice.
And the taste and aroma are also different!
The balance of sweetness and bitterness is great!
The spiciness is not that strong.
It's sweet, sharp, and not too harsh, so you can drink it in large gulps.
No, it's really good! It's like I've found something that makes me excited!
I uploaded a picture of the sauce, but can you guess what it is? I'm sure you can guess what it is 😁.

Junmai Daiginjo made with Tsuyahime
Yamagata's representative brand staple rice
The first cup is delicious because it is sticky and sweet 😋.
More than 2 cups may be too sweet 🙄🙄.

Melon aroma and slight effervescence
Balance of sweet and spicy 👌
Second day, third day...
I'm getting sweeter and sweeter with each passing day 👍
I think it's because the carbonation is lost, but the taste changes 👍

The plug flew out! Pon ❗️
It's pretty gassy.
So much so that I thought it was sparkling.
Minor brewery? But this is delicious 😳
The sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness are all nice and gassy, so it's sharp and never gets boring.
I thought Gunma sake brewery is not so good, but they have one!

Oh! It's delicious!
Chibishin I thought it was not so good when I drank it before, but this is delicious 😋.
The sweetness and light gassiness keeps me coming back for more.

It's so sweet!
I drank a junmai ginjo from Omachi the other day, but this one is sweeter, right?
To be honest, it might be too sweet 🙄.
It's good for the first glass, but not for the rest 😅.
I recommend it for women.

Good evening, yuusio!
I see that you have already tried Sakusan's Kananotomo.
I know, right? ⤴️ I can't get enough of the aroma of Sakusan's Kanade Nochi through my nose 🤤.
And it's really good 😋.
