I see what you mean.
A slightly bitter taste with a strong umami.
It is a taste that you can continue drinking without getting tired of it!
I would like to enjoy it with fatty sashimi👍

This is my first abe.
It has a nice sweet aroma.
When you take a sip, it has sweetness, but the acidity and bitterness are exquisite.
The sweetness is moderate for a ginjo-shu with a bitterness, and it is great as a food sake.
I would like to try other Abee.

Hi yuusio 😃
Congratulations on your first abechan 💚🎉!
We are the first one to recommend this green label! It's very tasty 😋 Please enjoy the other Abecchan 👋.
Delicious sake with a strong sweetness 🍶.
I opened the bottle a week after opening it and it seems to have more flavor in the second half of the bottle.

I can taste the sweetness of the rice.
It also has bitterness and moderate acidity, so I think it is good as a food sake.
It's a bit plain, but just right!

Sweet aroma (melon type?) When you take a sip, you'll be surprised by its sweetness and easy to drink.
The sweetness makes it easy to drink and the strong carbonation and acidity give it a nice kick🙆
I love it!

The balance is great!

I drank a bottle in a week and it was a completely different sake after a week than on the first day of opening.
The balance of sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness on the first day of opening the bottle was the most delicious👍
The spiciness and bitterness gradually disappeared and it became a sweet and crisp sake.
I think it is better to enjoy it as soon as possible after opening the bottle.
It's a matter of taste, for me at least 🙄.

I took my time and let it sit empty for two weeks.
Delicious!
From the moment I opened the bottle to the moment I finished it.
Just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness, it was delicious all the way through!

How about this for a change?
It's been a long time since I had a drink... maybe 20 years...
It brings back memories!
Sweet, sour, spicy, and gassy.
But the flavor is a little powdery?
It's too bad😅
But it's reasonably priced so I'll let it go.

Sweet and fruity aroma.
Great expectations!
And then a sip, sweet, then pungent, then bitter, then clean, never boring.
I can see why this is a benchmark!
Great as a regular sake!

Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Genshu
Wow, it's delicious!
How do you describe this sweetness and deliciousness?
Sorry for my lack of vocabulary.
I love this sweetness.
The spiciness and bitterness that is unique to sake keeps you coming back for more.
I didn't choose it because of the stiff name, but I might be surprised how much I like it 👍👍👍👍

Your first Shinshu Kamerei!
It's very hard to find!
Yes, it's delicious!
The taste is sweet at first, then sour, then slightly bitter, and has a nice sharpness!
It is said to be suitable for a mealtime sake,
Sourness, bitterness, and not too sweet, so it's definitely good with sashimi 👌

Domestic rice Polishing ratio 60
Just right! A little too sweet? Not too bitter, not too spicy, but with a clean aftertaste, you can drink it without getting bored.
Good as a regular sake🙆

As soon as you open the bottle, you will be surprised at how good it tastes!
The aroma is great!
The sweetness is strong, with a bit of gasiness, acidity and bitterness is moderate.
It's great for my childish palate.

It may be too sweet if you keep drinking it.
I recommend it as a toast.

I knew it. There is no doubt about it!
Stable and delicious sake🍶.
Fruity and just the right amount of spiciness🙆
A bad guy who can drink it smoothly!

I repeated it...
The order of drinking is important!
After the spiciness and bitterness that is the best part of sake, you may feel a bit short of it.
I think it's great as a toast!
I like it 👍

This one is sweet and delicious!
When I feel the gasiness, I feel the bitterness more strongly, but this sake has a moderate bitterness and the sweetness and umami are stronger.
I'm sure I'll be back for more!
