Seriously delicious! Setsuwakamaru: Yamagata Prefecture's rice that Kei Tanaka does commercials for, and it does a great job as sake rice. It has just the right balance of sweetness, acidity, and spiciness. I just opened the bottle and it's a limited edition sake, so I'll have to go buy another bottle! Highest score ever! 9.5 I'll try it again, A little overrated? 8.5

Delicious! It's a sweet drink, but it's also bitter and sour, so it's not too sweet. It has a good balance that you can drink without getting bored 👌 I can recommend this sake to everyone! 8.5 It's really good! Try it 👍 9 Hmmm? Because it took a while after opening the bottle? Some kind of unpleasant alcohol smell coming out of the nose? Rating is a bit blurry 🙇. 7.5

As expected, Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki is delicious! I can see why it is served in JAL's first class! But... It's good, it's good! But Yamada-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjos usually taste like this... In short, it tastes like a Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo! 👍 If I had to say something, I'd say it's got some character... 7

I like this one. Rich, sweet. Rice used: Comet? It's my first time drinking this, but it's delicious! It's sweet, but it's got a nice sake taste to it. Fuji Sake Brewery is good at what they do. 8
