The sake degree is +10 and the alcohol is 18 degrees, so you may think it is very dry, but when you drink it, you will feel a good harmony between the moderate spiciness and the shochu. It is a delicious dry taste as the title.

It is a gorgeous drink like a summer firework. First of all, it is fruity and refreshing with the carbonation bouncing off the sake. I love the feeling of the presentation as it goes away quickly. It was a great encounter. 😊.

Junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with "Tochigi no Hoshi", which was used for the "Daiichime-sai" held at the Imperial Palace. I thought that rice that tastes good when eaten would not be good for sake, but surprisingly, it was fruity and delicious with a deep flavor!

That's what I call tazake! It was extravagant to drink the sake from noon, but you should drink the raw sake as soon as possible. It's fruity and mellow without being too sake like. The aftertaste was also a gem, receding quietly!
