The brewery's basic policy is to brew junmai (pure rice) sake from rice grown in-house, and it is said to be a brewery that practices "brewing is farming. It seems to be a brewery that practices "brewing is agriculture".

This is my first sake from Tokyo.
It is a well-balanced sake, light, fruity and easy to drink, with just the right amount of acidity to go well with a variety of foods!
The retro label makes you think it is a nostalgic sake, but it also has a sense of modernity.

Sake made by a shochu brewery was an innovative sake. The full aroma and robust flavor were beyond my imagination. The taste was richer and richer on re-examination than on the first day 🤩!
This is the first sake from Toyama to be drunk at home. Fruity, gentle flavor, and a crispness that lingers.
It is a heartwarming junmai ginjo nama sake that has all three.
I wonder if it tastes good because it is brewed with subsoil water from the Tateyama water system!

It was a gem in the trendy category in taste, even though it is called "Royal Sake" on the back. The freshness is not half bad. Roadside Station 1293 XXX
Very delicate and vigorous, with a good sweetness and gasiness, sometimes tangy and stimulating, a nice accent. The aftertaste goes down smoothly.
When I paired it with seri nabe, the bitterness increased.
I have to choose!
Yum! I was surprised. The first time I drank a bottle of Collage, Jiyugaoka. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I'm sure you'll love it 😄
Kuncho Sake Brewery in Hita was selected from the Oita Prefecture Sake Brewery Comparison Set. I had never heard of this sake brewery before.
It is a dry sake with a hint of umami and a clean, easy-to-drink aftertaste.
We received a set to compare Tomotobuki, Ichibanboshi, and Tomoshichi. Both were very refreshing and complimented our food very well. Thank you. Thank you 😚
I bought it at a supermarket when I stayed at a business hotel. I had never heard of this brand, but I was drawn to it because of its unpasteurized sake. It is a light sake, so naturally it has a refreshing taste.
As the title "Gin no Torabi" suggests, it is a traditional sake.
It's the sake of the old days! It's a very old-fashioned sake 😁.
It was a timeless experience that is different from today's unfiltered raw sake. Right hand side of the picture!
The acidity and spiciness intertwine in perfect balance, and the sake feeling is fully enjoyed. 😀 😀
Finishes refreshingly with a gentle lingering taste of umami and sweetness! 🤩
Surprised at the 18 degree Celsius!!! 😛
