Very delicate and vigorous, with a good sweetness and gasiness, sometimes tangy and stimulating, a nice accent. The aftertaste goes down smoothly.
When I paired it with seri nabe, the bitterness increased.
I have to choose!

Yum! I was surprised. The first time I drank a bottle of Collage, Jiyugaoka. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I'm sure you'll love it 😄

Kuncho Sake Brewery in Hita was selected from the Oita Prefecture Sake Brewery Comparison Set. I had never heard of this sake brewery before.
It is a dry sake with a hint of umami and a clean, easy-to-drink aftertaste.

I bought it at a supermarket when I stayed at a business hotel. I had never heard of this brand, but I was drawn to it because of its unpasteurized sake. It is a light sake, so naturally it has a refreshing taste.

I opened the second bottle of Tobiroki, which I got at the end of February and let sit for 3 months.
It seems to have matured and become more crisp and to my liking than the first bottle. I think I like it better now.
