This is a fisherman's favorite sake that I bought at a local coupon shop in Iwate. It's a very thoughtful drink, and the last one I had was opened on Christmas Eve, after a year of waiting.
Refreshing and fruity, with gorgeous sweet and sour flavors! A nice gaseous feeling combined with 9% alcohol, this is a delicious drink that is especially useful for women.
It is a dry sake with a Japanese alcohol content of 10, but the flavor and the fruity aroma flow smoothly in the mouth. It is the first sake from Shiga Prefecture, but Shichibondari was drinking it. Shiga Prefecture is not to be underestimated.
It has a refreshing taste and a pleasant bubbling sensation. Moreover, it is an excellent taste that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the rice.
It produces a variety of Junmai Ginjo flavors with a rice polishing ratio of 50%. It is my favorite.
However, my favorite squid, which has been a friend of many drinks, does not fit.
It's been a long time since I had a Keisaku, and the smooth aftertaste is superb. However, since I had the Hououmita Mikanshu, which I'll post next, first, I couldn't taste the umami-sweet rice flavor and failed to order the drinking. I'll taste it tomorrow!
It is slightly sweet, yet expresses enough sake feeling. This is a drink that women will like very much. It far surpasses the sake sparging sold in major...!
It has a rich aroma and a mellow mouthfeel that melts in your mouth. It's fruity and sweet, and you wouldn't think it was dry at all. It was a good encounter.
