Toyo Bijin Junmai Ginjo, a reunion after a long time. The first sip was sweet. The first sip is so sweet that one wonders if it is sake, but the sweetness is elegant and the flavor spreads clearly. It's been a long time since I had a Keisaku, and the smooth aftertaste is superb. However, since I had the Hououmita Mikanshu, which I'll post next, first, I couldn't taste the umami-sweet rice flavor and failed to order the drinking. I'll taste it tomorrow!
