I wanted to drink summer sake
It looks like summery holy blue
It's refreshing, clean, and has a bit of a schwarziness to it.
Yum!
Minus sake level, but I guess it's not that sweet.
I like it!
DATE7 drinking comparison
Katsuyama and Suminoe
Katsuyama is gentle and smooth on the palate, with the spiciness and bitterness of sake coming through.
Katsuyama has a bitterness that comes out first, and then the spiciness comes out.
Personally, I prefer Katsuyama.
It seems that Akabu and Nakamitsu of GENERATIONS collaborated on this sake.
I bought it to show off to my friend who is a Nakamitsu fan, and he bought it too.
What did I think of the sake?
Yum! Easy to drink! Sweet!
That's what I thought!
It's a Daiginjo from Akabu, so it's definitely good!
sparkling clear sake
Sweet, sour and fruity
It's like apple juice!
It's 280ml, so about one and a half gou
Low alcohol content, so you can drink it with gusto.
Gazan Style's Seasonal Bespoke "Morning Glory

Yamamoto Pure Black
I don't think it has sweetness.
It tastes sharp and dry.
If the color "pure black" were expressed in taste, this is exactly what it would taste like.
I took a sip and thought maybe the bitterness came, but then came the sweetness, the spiciness...
...Huh? I don't know, I have a stupid tongue...
But this is so good!
Akita's famous sake, Manzaku no Hana sweet liqueur
Recorded because it is made in a local sake brewery...
I wondered if it was made with junmai sake like the Mansaku no Hana Tamago Sake, but it was brewed alcohol. I thought it was brewer's alcohol.
It is said to be a "rich sweet liqueur like rare cheesecake.
It tastes just like drinking yogurt with alcohol!
Sweet and sour!
I have a stupid tongue, so if someone told me "this is the kind of doburoku", I might believe it...
Kijoshu is said to be made using junmai-shu (pure rice sake) as the brewing water.
This sake seems to use not only junmai-shu but also daiginjo. Crazy in a good way...
My first impression of the sake was that it was sweet!
Just like a ripe apricot," the description says.
Sake level is -39, apparently.
The alcohol content is said to be 13.5, so it's easy to drink!
Today there was a sake tasting in Sendai and I drank a lot of sake from noon.
And in the evening, I went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that I wanted to go to, and drank some crispy grilled chicken skin skewers and Ippo myself!
I drank so much today that I can't really taste it anymore, but it's delicious!
