Akita's famous sake, Manzaku no Hana sweet liqueur

Kijoshu is said to be made using junmai-shu (pure rice sake) as the brewing water.
This sake seems to use not only junmai-shu but also daiginjo. Crazy in a good way...

When I went home for GW, I got sake from my parents, but they don't drink sake at home.
It would have been tough if it had brewer's alcohol in it, but it was Junmai Ginjo!
No, I always drink it in Yongo bottles, but a bottle of sake is hard to drink...
It seems to be polished to 55%.
The color is a little yellowish.
It's a bit on the dry side.
Maybe it's because it's a draft sake, but it has a surprisingly sour taste.
I underestimated it because it's a sake brewery near my parents' house and it's not at a premium, but it's good!
