A friend gave me this sake as a gift from Nikko.
I made several business trips to Utsunomiya last year, but never drank Nikko Honor...
The bottle is cool and nice.
When I tried it, it was delicious!

It's not too strong and it's very easy to drink.
There were more than 10 people there, so it was gone in no time.

Katsuyama and Suminoe
Katsuyama is gentle and smooth on the palate, with the spiciness and bitterness of sake coming through.
Katsuyama has a bitterness that comes out first, and then the spiciness comes out.
Personally, I prefer Katsuyama.

It seems that Akabu and Nakamitsu of GENERATIONS collaborated on this sake.
I bought it to show off to my friend who is a Nakamitsu fan, and he bought it too.
