Katsuyama is gentle and smooth on the palate, with the spiciness and bitterness of sake coming through.
Katsuyama has a bitterness that comes out first, and then the spiciness comes out.
Personally, I prefer Katsuyama.

I bought it to show off to my friend who is a Nakamitsu fan, and he bought it too.

Akita's famous sake, Manzaku no Hana sweet liqueur

I wondered if it was made with junmai sake like the Mansaku no Hana Tamago Sake, but it was brewed alcohol. I thought it was brewer's alcohol.
It is said to be a "rich sweet liqueur like rare cheesecake.

Kijoshu is said to be made using junmai-shu (pure rice sake) as the brewing water.
This sake seems to use not only junmai-shu but also daiginjo. Crazy in a good way...

Today there was a sake tasting in Sendai and I drank a lot of sake from noon.
