I took a sip and yum! I squealed. Kyoho? Apple? It has a super fruity smell like a grape or apple. The wine is sweet but disappears quickly, leaving a little bitterness. I happened to pair it with an Italian meal, but it was so good that I could have called it a fine wine. It was perfect. Too good. I was so impressed. It was the first time for me to try this wine, but I was very happy to meet it. I want to repeat it again.

I opened a bottle on my younger son's 2nd birthday. Soda x Shinsei is not sake. Shouldn't it be champagne already? It's still delicious. The carbonation is quite strong, and you don't get any of the sake's ginjo aroma. I drank it chilled, but it was crisp and went well with Italian food. Oh, I'd like to try the No.6.

What is this? It's super good! The moment I put it in my mouth, I was like, lychee? Muscat? A refreshing aroma like lychee or muscat spreads out, and while you feel the alcohol, it disappears crisply. It's a masterpiece. I want to repeat this one.

My first beetle. It's so refreshing and so darn easy to drink. I didn't expect it to be lemon squash, but it has a fruity aroma and a perfect balance of sour and sweet. It was so schmoozy, it was gone in a flash. I could see why it was so popular. I will buy it again next year.

Chiba's So-no-Mai, Chiba's Kankiku! All Chiba! And it's super limited! As a native of Chiba, I have no choice but to buy them! So I bought it. It's so good! It's slightly fizzy and sweet, and even though it's 29% polished, it's rich and full of umami. The aftertaste is a little bitter. It's very good. I'll buy another one too.

I bought this because of its reputation as an adult cider. It really does smell like cider right after you open the bottle! It was also low in alcohol at 12 degrees, so I was able to gulp it down. I'd buy it again! I just wonder what is the best snack for low alcohol drinks? It's a shame that it's too strong for the sake... I've already bought other summer drinks, so I'm going to look for my own favorite tsumami. Looking forward to it.

I forgot to take a picture... I was looking for a fruity sake, so I bought this. It smells like lychee right after opening the bottle! The sharpness is also good. I'm convinced. I had a cold right after I opened the bottle, so I gave up drinking it, and drank it a week later, but the aroma was gone. Too bad... I will repurchase this one!

This is the first time I bought this beer because I happened to be able to meet the purchase requirements. After opening the bottle, I could smell the strong aroma of pineapple, and as they say, it was fruity, but I could also taste the flavor. This is delicious! The only thing is that Hanayo-Yoku is not easy to buy due to the purchase conditions. ...... There are many good sake that do not need to be a premium product, so I thought I would just go with that one. But if you can buy it at the right time, of course you will!

I bought this because it is renowned for its excellent heated sake. The umami is amazing. The depth of the umami increases when the sake is heated. This is an excellent product. It's not fruity, but it's a mass of umami. There is no unpleasant ginjo aroma, and it goes well with meals. It's a perfect match for fish!

This was the debut of Shinsei. From the very first sip, it was outrageously delicious. I mean, this is not sake at all. It doesn't have a sake aroma at all, but a fruity pear-like scent fills the nose. Finally, there is a woody scent, and a slight bitterness that fades away. This is not good. It's a Shinsei shock. I want to try the other ones!

I bought this one because it had a good reputation and I wanted to try a Niigata sake. After the fruity ginjo aroma, the umami comes in, then it goes away quickly, and the sharpness is amazing. It is delicious. I felt the power of Niigata as a sake brewing region. I often drink it with Italian food, but it goes well with it. Now I want to drink it with Japanese food!

I've been wanting to try some Tasake for a while, and I picked this up because of the cute label. I couldn't wait for the cherry blossoms to bloom... It has a mild aroma and a mellow mouthfeel. The umami is great, and the taste is full, but it goes away quickly. The sake was as delicious as its reputation. It's not easy to find, but I would drink it again if I had the chance.

It went well with all kinds of food, not to mention fish dishes. I don't think I'll have many chances to drink it, but it's a sake I'd like to have if I ever come across it again.

It was a local Chiba sake, so I just bought it on the spur of the moment, but it's good! I liked it from the first sip after opening the bottle. It has a gassy, slightly sweet taste, but it is clean. The rice flavor is strong and the aroma is hard to describe, but it's very pleasant going through the nose. If I see it, it will definitely be a repeat. Highly recommended!
