I bought this one because it had a good reputation and I wanted to try a Niigata sake.
After the fruity ginjo aroma, the umami comes in, then it goes away quickly, and the sharpness is amazing. It is delicious. I felt the power of Niigata as a sake brewing region.
I often drink it with Italian food, but it goes well with it. Now I want to drink it with Japanese food!
