This is an unfiltered Honsei produced under the Restoration BLACK LABEL project. We bought it because it is the last one and we will not be able to see it again! It is sweet, mellow and has no sake smell at all. It's almost like wine. I felt it wasn't suitable for a sake during dinner, so I drank it after dinner with cheese and chocolate, and it was a perfect match. This is the second bottle of Hououmita, and it tasted completely different from the last one. It changes so much when the type is different, doesn't it? It was a sake that made me feel the fun of sake.

It is a Junmai Daiginjo specially made for JAL business class in-flight sales for the Tokyo Olympics. I'm not a fan of limited edition, so I bought it. This is my first time to try it. Right after opening the bottle, the aroma is strong and fruity, with a little glue-like aroma mixed in. After a few days, the aroma becomes only fruity and the sweetness increases. As I expected from a popular brand, it was a very tasty bottle with a good balance of umami, sweetness and aroma.

This is the second bottle of Shinshu Kameari. It was the first time for me to try Junmai-shu, but it has no unpleasant flavors, no miscellaneous tastes, and is refreshing and crisp. It's a perfect sake for a meal. Well, Shinshu Kameari is delicious.

Slightly cloudy. It has a strong muscat aroma and smells like a white wine. Easy to drink. If you drink it cold, you will feel a light numbness in your mouth. Slightly dry. When it is warmed up, it breaks up quickly and disappears. Hououmita is delicious. I'll be repeating it.

ぱっち
This is the first sake I bought. It is fruity and sweet, with a mellow ginjo aroma coming through the nose. There is no unpleasant aftertaste. Very good.
