It was a local Chiba sake, so I just bought it on the spur of the moment, but it's good! I liked it from the first sip after opening the bottle. It has a gassy, slightly sweet taste, but it is clean. The rice flavor is strong and the aroma is hard to describe, but it's very pleasant going through the nose. If I see it, it will definitely be a repeat. Highly recommended!
