It's been a while since my last post! This is the first time to taste sake from Sendai, Miyagi where I stayed during my trip alone as a student ^^*. Temperature control is very important for cold wholesales! It is recommended to keep it at 1 degree Celsius in a chilled room! Finished harvesting rice and grinding mortar! Busy harvesting Chinese cabbage, radish and cabbage!

It's good! The rice harvesting and koshiibuki are finished! The only thing left is Koshihikari🌾 Vegetable shipments are still coming in! The Chinese cabbage, daikon, and cabbage are all growing well. Squid sashimi and pickled eggplant are great with sake!

Viridian - Misato Nishiki called Lapissoo Bisan Nishiki and Even if it is the same sake rice from Echigo, the taste of the rice is different. Our Koshihikari rice has different soil, water, temperature, and management, and each grain tastes completely different ┏ We are still working hard to ship vegetables to Imaato!

I haven't had sake two days in a row in about two months! Even though I'm from Echigo, I had sake from outside of the prefecture. The Obon Festival of 2021 is coming to an end. Cheers and thanks to our ancestors! Smoked salmon is great with sake!

Toyoupai, long time no see❤. Aomori is my favorite place Pacific Ocean, Japan Sea, Tsugaru Straits Nebuta was seriously awesome! The next morning, we went to the Depa-dori (department store) and had a bowl of sake. It was really delicious! I want to visit Sai Village in Shimokita!

It's been a long time since I posted ┏ We have a full stomach. Heavy(doro,doshi) and strong taste. Is this the hard water of the Alps? Or the flexibility of the rice? You can say it is impossible to have this sake in Echigo. As a farmer, I learn a lot from it!
