It's been a long time since I posted ┏ We have a full stomach. Heavy(doro,doshi) and strong taste. Is this the hard water of the Alps? Or the flexibility of the rice? You can say it is impossible to have this sake in Echigo. As a farmer, I learn a lot from it!
