It's been a while since my last post! This is the first time to taste sake from Sendai, Miyagi where I stayed during my trip alone as a student ^^*. Temperature control is very important for cold wholesales! It is recommended to keep it at 1 degree Celsius in a chilled room! Finished harvesting rice and grinding mortar! Busy harvesting Chinese cabbage, radish and cabbage!
