I had bought another bottle of Kangiku following last night.
I had never had nigorigo before.
I could not feel much gas and acidity, but the freshness, sweetness, and lightness made it easy to drink! The low alcohol content is also good.

This is actually the first time I've mentioned 39.
I found a liquor store in my hometown that stocks a complete line of Kangiku, and I chose this one.
It is a fruity, pear-like and chili pepper flavor that spreads in the mouth, and the ginjo aroma spreads from the nostrils to the entire mouth with not only sweetness but bitterness as well.
