I came across it at a liquor store I happened to drop by on a whim.
I had a feeling that I had to back out of other brands, though,
I was told that it was my favorite sparkling wine and that it is a type that is not often available.
It was pricey, but I bought it without hesitation.
I opened the bottle using the bowl as a saucer as advised by the owner. ...... It was the first or second largest gush ever!
The carbonation is perfect, and the light nigorigo taste is good. It has a sour, spicy, bitter, sweet, and umami taste that all burst out in your mouth.
It is perfect for this time of year when the heat is easing.
