Cloudy sparkling A little sour, delicious. But again, the store is no good, and Google ratings are unreliable! To begin with, they don't have any sake that is online, and the empty bottles in the store are all rare, and they seem to get only empty bottles from somewhere else!

I invited my wife, who is not a drinker, to go to Mashiko to have soft serve ice cream with sakekasu (sake lees). After stopping at a roadside station and looking at Mashiko pottery, we finally went to our main destination, Sonoike Sake Brewery, where we were allowed to taste the sake lees soft serve ice cream and bought two coins to compare. The aroma was apple, very refreshing, like a white wine, though I don't know anything about wine. I didn't really like it, so I just bought sakekasu and went home.

I went to the brewery and found no sake that I wanted, so I bought it with sake lees and opened the bottle after about 6 months of abstinence from sake. I think it has less aroma than Hanahayo, but it's easy to drink and tasty!

Toro Toro, tangy and spicy. Thank goodness there is a liquor store in the neighborhood where you can buy this kind of sake! I couldn't buy any more Daiginjo sake lees! I'll see you next year!

The third third drink of the usual corner It's spicy. Maybe it's even spicier because the previous two drinks were sweet. I'm worried about the stimulation at the end of the drink.
