I am a believer in unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, but there is no sense of discomfort that is often associated with honjozo, and it is delicious! It is interesting that the taste differs depending on where it is brewed! Kamata has many interesting izakaya (Japanese-style pubs), perhaps due to the presence of good sake breweries!
