Cold sake Steamed straw, bale. Roasted chickpea aroma. Drink. Loosely entered, momentarily hathen. Can't keep up with the process. Seven changes in the order of rumminess, savory, rich sweet, bitter, and astringent rich. The image of syrup. When you swallow it, it is light and clean sweetness. It's delicious! 45 degrees Celsius It has the aroma of a cow barn. Strangely, it is not unpleasant, and nostalgia prevails. Drink it. It goes in easily, and the rice and alcohol are very strong. There may be many people who have difficulty accepting this sake feeling, but I like it. It is easy to be distracted by the alcohol, but the richness of the rice, the umami, and the bitterness exist firmly in the shadows. When you swallow it, the aftertaste is surprisingly short and disappears quickly. 55°C This is what it means to "brew"! Drink it. I don't feel anything. A trinity. The thickening has increased, but other than that, my cells don't want to feel anything. A gentle moment. It complements my body and mind that have been worn out by work. When I swallow it, it is neither light nor rich, but dry. The word "water" is a close second. 65°C Strong brewing alcohol aroma. Drink it. It has a strong rice bran and amazake flavor, and is a bit more bitter than the 55℃ version. The bitterness and the powdery taste are added, and the mouth feels a little rough. However, the richness of the rice is intense and I admire it. As you swallow, you see a confident Toji with his chest out!

It was already delicious from the cold sake, and I was worried about whether it could withstand the high temperature, but it lived up to my expectations. I found a bottle with a blue label at the liquor store, so if it's not sold out, I'll buy it. Lovable sake! I think.

Cold sake Steamed straw. Thin skin of roasted peanuts. Drink. Strong carbonation. It is the champagne of the noble rot wine. Aroma of green apple while enjoying the carbonation. Very sweet & sticky with rich alcohol as if boiled down. Then, the sourness of lime and the astringency of grapefruit skin. When you swallow it, the bitterness drips as if it was squeezed out. 45°C Powdery flour butter. Dough before baking white western sweets. Drinking. It goes in loosely and is still schwappily. The richness of the rice goes through the nose. The bitter taste becomes stronger and thicker. When you swallow it, you can feel the alcohol like doburoku. 55°C The freshness of green apple increases. The dough aroma is still the same. Drinking. The sourness is light. After 2 seconds, the sweetness rises rapidly. Fullness, bitterness and alcohol are in harmony. When you swallow it, the sour taste sticks to your throat. 65°C The aroma of burnt flour butter with sugar Drinking. Sourness predominates but nothing is felt. It is a trinity. This is the essence of this sake. I want to feel it without thinking about anything. It's good, but it's not the kind of goodness I look for in sake. It is closer to the fruit wine category. I think the two peaks of 45 and 65 degrees Celsius are rare. I prefer Takachiyo to Takachiyo. I don't think I'll be repeating it

Cold sake Slightly acidic rice bran. Strong alcohol feeling. Drink. Loosely, water. The acidity is moderate, but it tightens up in the mouth. The sweetness of the rice is loose. It is different from "pale". The persimmon tannin sits on the tongue. When you swallow it, it is a little lukewarm and clear stream. 45℃. Intense alcohol vapor! This is sake! Drink. Dry. The dry taste. A pleasant sourness spreads to the mouth. A thin milky richness. It has a light bitter taste. When you swallow it, you will feel a lot of bitterness on your tongue. It does not interfere with food and is the best sake for evening drinking. 55°C From night to midnight. The snow continues to fall without stopping. Drink. The water is slightly milky. When you roll it and taste it, the light richness is wonderful. Tears of admiration. The sourness is not dull. Is it a traditional sake? It makes you wonder if it is a traditional sake. When it is swallowed, it is light. However, the mellow taste of rice is satisfying. 65°C The rice has sublimated into fruit. Wonderful. Steamy and intoxicating. Drink. Extremely robust and the dry aspect has disappeared. Rich like a ripe persimmon cooked down. The palate is not overwhelmed by the richness, but by the light acidity. When you swallow it, it is like water, but the acidity makes the aftertaste of the rice stand out. It is honestly a good sake. It is not an exceptionally good sake. It is not impressive. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed with a normal evening drink. We are not thinking of repeating it at the moment.

At a pork cutlet restaurant near my parents' house. After sweaty work in the field, I drank a medium-size draft beer in two sips first. After that, this. Niigata's famous unpasteurized sake. Cold sake Cool fruit aroma. Cool snow chilled air. Drink. Crisp and tight in the mouth. It has a persimmon type richness and astringency. It is a typical dry and light taste, which I like. When you swallow it, you can feel the alcohol in the back of your throat. Your cheeks turn red and you feel like you are drinking sake. feeling. It's not a sake that is incredibly delicious, but a sake that accompanies you in your daily life. I don't look for much flavor in sake. There are plenty of good sakes out there. Rather, I place importance on the nostalgia, joy and pleasure that comes to mind when I drink it. Drinking sake from a familiar brewery at a familiar restaurant in your hometown. Familiar snacks and a familiar restaurant. This is nothing short of a joy for me. The snacks are tea beans and whale soup. And I went a little janky with fried potatoes and pork cutlet hors d'oeuvre. It's a sake that doesn't let the greasiness slide away, but takes it in its stride. It's a sake that embodies what Kazuhiko Ohta says in the beginning of his program, "Happiness comes with sake. For me, this is sake! I love it.

Susan. I think I know this pork cutlet restaurant and the Saketaro bottle by heart👍. The lightness and astringency of Chojamori's raw storage is my standard and starting point too. I'm sure you'll be able to find something to suit your needs. It's also the season for whale soup.

Cold sake first. Personally, I miss it extremely. I can't describe it. Drink. Niigata's traditional sake! It's a sake that people like and dislike! Those who don't like it, hate it. It has a strong sense of sake lees. It has a cosmetic scent. When you swallow it, the unique aroma increases. I miss it, but I don't like it. Next, 45℃. Nostalgic, dislike aroma. Drink it. Mature woman with thick makeup. I don't like it. I like the pizzazz. When I swallow, Osaka auntie's purple hair Next, 55℃. The aroma I'm interested in becomes even stronger I drink it. I still don't like it. It has become thicker and richer. As I swallow, I struggle to think of a way to avoid feeling this unpleasant aroma Finally, 65℃. No change in aroma. Drink. The cosmetic scent has softened. But it's no good. When you swallow it, it's still no good. I don't know of any sake that has such a distinct personality. It's not a matter of good or bad, it's a world of taste. After all, it is a taste thing It has been about 8 months since it was made. It may have deteriorated under some influence. I will not repeat it. It's not my favorite, and I have plenty of other sake to try.

Cold sake first Classic rice with a smoldering silver drink. Nostalgic Niigata sake. Strong alcohol feeling. It has a deep and rich taste, and a bitter taste that comes later. When swallowed, the sweetness of the rice. It is extremely heavy but dry. Next, 45℃. Steamed rice bran steam. Drink it. Smooth and gentle. The richness and bitterness are harmonized, and it changes to lukewarmness when it is rolled. When you swallow it, your tongue becomes chilly with alcohol. Next, 55℃. The winter element is added to the aroma. Bonfire on a winter night Drink. The tongue tightens up. The aroma of burnt dead leaves fills the nostrils. The bitterness is subdued and the richness increases. As you swallow, the pure rice soaks into your throat. Finally, at 65°C The aroma returns to that felt at 45°C. Drink. Petroleum aroma on the nose. Not a scent I personally like. Boiled down and heavy. Overall, the temperature is the same as 45℃. When you swallow it, after the sourness and astringency, there is a bitter taste of burnt rice It is good. But it is not impressive. It is a classic sake that will accompany you with your daily evening drink. There is no fruity taste, and it is a sake that people like or dislike. I traveled to Niigata and got several kinds. How is this Junmai Ginjo different from them? I'm looking forward to it!

Cold sake Cold and deep. Feel the warmth as if you were standing in a kamakura. The rest is a garage in winter in Niigata. Drink. Niigata Classic! The nostalgia of a bottle placed haphazardly at room temperature. Nostalgic Niigata sake! The coolness on the tip of the tongue and the sourness and richness of the rice felt at the back of the tongue. When you swallow it, it is dry and full of flavor. 45°C This rice! The nostalgic aroma of room temperature sake Drink it. It goes into the mouth loosely. It rampages through the nasal cavity. Intense richness of rice, strong bitterness. It is heavy and thick like heavy water. When you swallow it, the mellow alcohol stings the back of your throat. 55°C Lactic acidity and a new aroma of wood. Drink it. The acidity gives it a crisp mouthfeel. However, it becomes thicker as it rolls. The fullness and bitterness are both "Junmai". Only the rice is there. When you swallow it, a little acidity tightens the mouth. 65°C For a moment, it reminded me of hot milk with honey. It reminded me of the famous sake "Senkou". Drink. Black and white classic. The sourness like iron rust is a frowning silver. It is smooth even after rolling for a while. The thickening component seems to have disappeared during this 10℃. Perhaps because of this, the flavor is clearer and sharper. The corners of the acidity stand up, the richness is suppressed, and the bitterness is straight. When you swallow it, you can feel the elements of a relaxed beer. Nostalgic, but honestly. It will not be a repeat. Because the nostalgia makes me want to cry irresistibly.

Cold sake As the label says, it is blue and refreshing. The blue of the Japanese summer sky. Drink it. It goes in smooth and crisp! It is characterized by a rich, refreshing pineapple sweetness. As it warms up on the tongue, a hint of bitterness comes out. That accent is delightful. When swallowed, it is the coolness of summer mountain water. Running one boy. 45 degrees Celsius It's evening when the sweat has settled. A bright red sunset in the western sky. Drinking. It's smooth and easy to drink. For a moment, I felt yellow kompeito. The alcohol is moist under the tongue. Raisins soaked in rum. I felt that it was close to Western liquor. When I swallowed, I could see the sourness in the back. And vague sweetness and bitter richness. 55℃. The nostalgic Akane sky. I am a boy. Back home, dinner. Drink. One step ahead of the trinity zone. Pale richness at the same time as the sweetness of rice. Bitterness that intensifies the more you taste. Long lingering richness and rice alcohol as you swallow. 65°C Air! Pale summer sweetness in the back. Drink. Bitter, savory, sweet! There is a lot of information from the moment you put it in your mouth. When you swallow it, it's like watching Ghibli in the summer after a bath with a single fan and all the windows open! "When was your boyhood? Much more beetle than sentry beetle. I love sake that reminds me of something like this! Takachiyo. I'll definitely be repeating this!

Cold sake at first The clear Echigo Plain at 2 a.m. in February I drink it. It's piquant. The sweetness of the white peaches immediately hits you. Coupled with the 18% alcohol, the richness and bitterness are intense. When you swallow it, it has a slight sourness and a dry taste like water. Next, 45 degrees Celsius. Warm alcohol. As if it were warmed on the stove in the countryside in winter. Drink it. It goes in slowly and easily. It's sweet and fragrant, and you can feel "I'm drinking sake! sensation. It is so rich that it sticks to your back teeth, and has a carbonated bitterness. When you swallow it, it has a dry astringent and bitter taste. Next, 55℃. Alcohol that stings the back of the nose. A vigorous rice drink. The trinity became fresh water. Everything is fused together and it is difficult to capture each element. Slightly rusty. As you swallow, a tongue-clenching bitterness propagates to the tip of the tongue. Dry taste Finally, at 65°C Even the aroma has turned into fresh water. One can see a single candle lit in a dark room. Drink. Gentle and warm. Gentle thickening. Bitterness and richness are deeply intertwined. As I swallow, for some reason, memories of my boyhood come flooding back. This is my first Takachiyo. It is quite dry, but I feel something is missing to give it a seal of approval. I heard that there is also a series called "Takachiyo" in hiragana, and I want to try several kinds. If I have to say I like it or I don't like it, I like this sake.

Cold sake It sticks coldly to the back of the nose like an icicle. Thoroughly clear. Drink. It is suddenly sweet. And the bitterness and astringency that the tongue is numbed. It is like a bitter persimmon before it ripens. The flavor appeals to the back of the mouth. When it is swallowed, the inside of the mouth is tightened and the face might have lost weight. 45 degrees Celsius A little sourness. Tatami mats in the countryside. Igusa Drink it. The lips of the girl. Endlessly soft. If there is a thickening pick, it is the level of honorary president. Pale sweetness in the back. The bitterness is so strong that it makes you numb. This is the true essence of Yamahai. When you swallow it, it is rice. It makes you jump with happiness and joy! 55°C The alcohol is so strong that it stings the nose. Slightly milky Drink it. It is light for a moment, but soon it becomes thicker. Then, it has a light sweetness and a strong bitterness as if the tongue was tightened with salt. It's delicious! A sake to chew and drink. When you swallow it, the bitter aftertaste fills the back of your throat. 65°C Burnt Creep Drink. The mouthfeel is light. The light sweetness that stands out is common with the white Yukimine at this temperature. There is a light richness in the back and a suppressed bitterness. When you swallow it, it is moist and deep. This is Yamahai! I drank it in comparison with the white, but my honest impression is that it is just plain good. If only the price was lower, it would be the best... But I don't think I'll be repeating it. There are plenty of other cheap and tasty sake. But the design of the bottle and case is good.

Cold sake Cold and clear. A garage in winter in Niigata. A radish with brown leaves is lying haphazardly. Drink. It is thick. It feels a little heavy. The sweetness is like light snow. A slight bitterness is hidden in the back. When I swallowed it, it went down like moisturizing my throat. 45 degrees Celsius Late at night, the snow continues to fall quietly. Drinking. I take a sip, but I don't realize it's sake. It is almost air. It is only when you roll it around and feel it thicken that you realize you are holding something in your mouth. It is the pure flavor of pale, light rice. A solid bitter taste in the back of the throat. When you swallow it, you feel an overwhelming sense of satisfaction. 55℃. Creep dissolved in hot water (the white kind that is often mixed with coffee) Drink it. It goes in easily, and the texture is thick and reassuring. A little acidity stands out, and the bitterness and the richness pass through the nostrils. When you swallow it, it is dry. A light dry taste 65°C Warm crepe with three warm sugars Drink it. Suddenly sweet! Pale! A hot drink for adults in winter. Sweetness, bitterness, and richness form a trinity. When you swallow it, it is like warm light snow! A good sake. It is very good. But is it worth more than 3000 yen for 500ml? I think it is a little overpriced. This time we drank the white bottle, but actually there is a black bottle of Yamahai for a limited time. Cold sake A garage in winter in Niigata. Standing brown leaf radish. Drink. Water. Fresh water. After a while, I remembered it was sake. A very light sweetness and a faint bitterness. When you swallow it, it disappears beautifully. People who hate Alzoe should drink this before complaining about it. 45 degrees Celsius Clear air in the autumn sky. Steam rising from steamed chestnuts. Drink it. It goes into the mouth loosely. Baked straw, light sweetness, richness of rice, and a wave of bitterness. At this point, it is complete. It is like rolling a kuzuyu-flavored crystal. Ginjo heated up, yum! As I swallow, a savory aroma comes from the back of my throat. Dry and lightly bountiful aftertaste. 55°C There is almost no aroma. Very light rice at the back of the bottle. Drinking. The mouthfeel becomes a little firmer. It is bitter and lightly sweet, as if you are biting into a piece of wood. The fullness of the rice sticks to the nostrils. When swallowed, the bitterness tightens around the tongue. 65°C The scent of red pepper. A basketful of fruit Drink it. It suddenly sits on the tongue with a zushin. Then, it is sprinkled with light ripe fruit and dried persimmon. The eyebrows are dented by the deep but light richness. A little sourness in the back. When you swallow it, your throat and body are moistened. The awakening of life! Shokubetsuru. I will surely repeat it!

Cold sake Pear skin. Quirky aroma of ripe kiwi. Clear. Lemon scent Drink. Tangy and carbonated. Kiwi sweetness gradually increases. Bitterness of blue banana peel. When you swallow it, the fullness spreads all over your tongue. The accent of the bitterness tightens it up. I can't capture it well. 45°C The aroma of cedar and the sourness of lactic acid bacteria. Drink. Gently and lightly, it goes into the mouth easily. The bitter taste explodes immediately. Faint cedar. As it rolls, it becomes thicker. When swallowed, the bitterness and umami, rich and sticky on the tongue. 55℃. It is deep. Very deep. Film that can be made into warmed milk Drink. Taut mouthfeel. It is squeaky. Strong alcoholic feeling of milk base. Bitterness, astringency, and richness are heavy. It becomes thicker and thicker. When you swallow it, it is quiet heavy. 65℃. Lactic acid milk. I don't know what I'm talking about. Endlessly clear rice at the back. Drink. Smooth and mellow. The bark of a burnt tree. The variety of the tree is unknown. A faint sourness is visible. The sweetness of the rice is light and dark. After swallowing, it disappears down the throat. I don't think I could fully feel the charm. Personally, I prefer Junmai Ginjo much more. Cold sake Modest, humble rice that appeals to the back of the nose. Drink. Cold, dense and robust. This dignity at this temperature! Pale but dense sweetness. Banana-like. When swallowed, the richness and bitterness stick to the tongue like a bond. Intense without sarcasm. 45°C The alcohol feeling precedes, but you can feel the core of rice bran in the back. Drinking First, there is a strong alcohol feeling. After that, you will feel numbness in your mouth and a strong richness of rice. When you swallow it, the back of your throat is filled with fermented rice. But you don't feel any acidity. 55℃. The fragrant milky taste is mom's taste. Drink. It is light and fragrant. Quite intense bitterness. Sweetness of rice bran. Rich and bitter taste that sticks to the tongue. Some people may feel it persistent. When you swallow it, the sourness of the fermented rice bran and the simple sweetness of the nectar candy 65°C Acid. Milky is the aroma of wrapping paper of mom's taste Drinking. Strong alcohol feeling, richness. The nose is also full of alcohol. Bitter and harsh milky. As you swallow, sourness and rich rice bran. I thought it was a taste for local people among Tenmei. It is a sake that people like and dislike differently. Those who enjoy this sake on a daily basis must be sake lovers to the core! I don't think I'll be repeating it. Cold sake As the name implies, it has an aroma of pure rice. Drink it. The water is light and fruity. A hint of loquat. Since it's 14% alcohol, I finished the first bottle in a minute and a half. Anyway, it is easy to drink. Slight accent of bitterness on the tongue as you swallow. 45°C The sourness stands up fluently. Pale and sweet rice at the back. Drink it. The bitterness and the thickness stand out at once. At the same time, it is fragrant like burning dry lumber. The acidity is low. When you swallow, the bitterness and astringency that tighten the whole mouth. 55°C It becomes clear at once. The milky taste that is almost melted in the back is the taste of mom. Drink it. It is light and fragrant. It is sweet and savory like roasted dry sugar cane. Dracula 6's dreamy drop feeling. When I swallowed, the tip of my tongue was numb. Looks more bitter and astringent than it feels. 65℃. Plump sweet dew candy. Boiled soy sauce aroma. Sour aroma. Drinking. Nuance of soy sauce. Sense of saltiness. Numbness at the tip of the tongue, fullness and bitterness felt at the base of the tongue. It has elements in common with salted sansho nuts. When you swallow it, you feel tame soy sauce. At 65 degrees Celsius, there are many people who like it and dislike it, but at 55 degrees Celsius or lower, it can be enjoyed by everyone. Personally, I prefer the flow of 55 degrees from cold sake. Unusual sake with a salty taste And the 5-gallon bottle is also unusual. If I see it next year, I'm sure I'll buy it.

Cold sake first Powdery and fishing port aroma Drink. Piriri. Rich apple mango sweetness, richness. Milk caramel flavor in places. As you swallow, heavy alcohol feeling. A little bitterness and astringency. Next, 45℃. A fishing port in the evening. What kind of snack should I make with the fish I bought at the port? What should I drink? I drink it. It has an overwhelming sense of rice. It's sweet, rich and slightly bitter. It goes smoothly on the tongue. A light aftertaste. When you swallow it, it is a little sad at dusk. Then 55℃. The port welcomed the night. Quiet sea. Clouds in the sky over the full moon. Drink. Pale time flowing slowly. I want this time to last forever. It is bitter, sweet, and light. When you swallow it, the bitter taste that makes the tongue rough is pleasant. Finally, 65℃. Rice bran. The alcohol feeling intensifies. Drink. A dense trinity. It's not about the aroma or the richness. Everything is in harmony. Among them, the richness and bitterness of the rice stand out. When you swallow it, it's dense but light. I think it is rare to find a sake associated with a port town. I wanted to pair it with dried sardines, horse mackerels and squid. Powdery, port town, and sea breeze. I think those are the keywords for this sake. I'm not sure if I'll be repeating it. If I have a few bottles open in the next few months, that would be the answer!

Cold sake A summer morning. Refreshingly humid air. Dazzling sunrise in the eastern sky. Drink. Tropical! Sweetness and richness of ripe apple mango. The bitterness of burnt brown sugar in the back teeth. This is a rare element. As I swallow, I feel the gloom of a summer morning. 45°C. Pale and powdery. Japanese sweets of powdered sugar. Drink. Gentle. Thick, rich and bitter. If mango is heated, this nuance may appear. When you swallow it, a moist bitterness tightens your throat. 55°C Lemon-like sourness. And a plump beauty! Drink it. It has a complex richness. I can't capture it well. A trinity. I think sake that has this sense of trinity that cannot be captured well is good sake. Each sake appears at a different temperature. When you swallow it, it has a lukewarm aftertaste. It will go well with soaked okra. 65°C It's like the snow that keeps falling thickly. Deep... Drink it. The acidity is dominant. Next, the aroma of grilled straw enters the nostrils. Then, it is rich and smooth. The light sweetness is the summary of the whole. When you swallow it, it is light water. It is delicious! My first sake from Toyama. Delicate nuances that clearly differentiate it from other regions. "It seems that there are few charms that attract people so intensely that they cannot resist this sake. However, I think its fragility and humility are the charm of this sake. One more bottle! Shall we try a different specification?

Cold sake Charred malt. A garage in winter in Niigata. A lot of brownish leaf radishes are lined up. We drink it. It goes in easily, and you feel it is not enough. But it is short-lived, and the mellow rice gradually comes to the fore. It is light, sweet and thick. After swallowing, it disappears like water. 45℃. Rice bran. Deepening winter. Falling snow. Drink. It starts with a burnt bitterness. The sweetness almost disappears, and there is a smoky bitterness and an astringent taste. A hard richness in the back. As you swallow, the back of your throat gets hot and the alcohol leaves your nose. 55℃. The snow has stopped. There is no one around. There is no one's footprints in the silver world of the Oxen. Drinking. It starts with the richness, bitterness, and aroma. The flavor and bitterness stick from the inside of the mouth to the back of the throat. When you swallow it, it has a rich and dry taste. 65°C The aroma becomes light and diffuses in the air. Burnt Milky Drinking. Returns to lightness. All elements harmonize and are most balanced. Among them, bitterness, sweetness and richness stand out. As you swallow, the acidity stands out slightly. The characteristic of this sake is that there is no outstanding feature. You can enjoy it without thinking about anything. I paired it with pork, myoga (ginger) and boiled egg, but I wonder if fish would have been better. Yamashiroya. I don't think I'll be repeating this dish, but with the new one in front of me, I'll probably be adding it to my basket without even knowing it!

Cold sake Fresh, sweet rice. Rice bran Drink. Crisp and refreshing. You would think it would be dry, but it is also sweet and has a robust bitterness. I can't quite put my finger on it. It is a very fresh flavor for me. First time for me. When you swallow it, it is like water, but it is also rich. 45℃. Refreshing rice. Pleasant alcohol. Rice itself Drink it. Refreshing. It is "nothing" in a good sense. The richness of the dry taste of the rice alone. When you swallow it, it has a good acidity and a strong bitter taste. Alcohol in the nose. 55°C Everything is harmonized to perfection. Slightly milky baked straw Drink. Light. Metallic sourness. Bitterness and richness soon. Dry like water. After swallowing, a refreshing bitterness sits on the tongue. 65℃. Cypress for a moment. Hot milk with sanmon sugar Drink it. It is fragrant and dry. Alcohol after the richness. When it sublimates, it becomes water. When you swallow it, the water oxidizes and tightens the mouth gently. It is the first sensation. At low temperature, the aroma is completely new, but at high temperature, it is characteristic of Nara sake. I can't capture it well. Even if you can't capture it, it's delicious! It is a well-balanced sake, but it is not just that. There is a complexity that cannot be captured Tsurumirei. I find myself buying it. My heart demands it. Subliminal sake. It's pointless to swear to your heart that you won't buy it.

Cold sake Mellow pineapple and banana. Fully ripe, just before going bad. Drink. Piri-piri. It is thick and rich, yet refreshing and extremely sweet. Like the aroma, banana, pineapple. And yellow kiwi. While I was feeling the fruit, a pleasant bitter taste appeared. When you swallow it, the fresh bitterness dances on your tongue. 45°C Warm pineapple Drink. From the bitterness when you lily up. Next, the rich sweetness intensifies. It is impressive that there is no bad taste though it is so sweet. When you swallow it, the bitterness and richness 55°C It is snowing late at night. It piles up deeply. Drink it. Light and refreshing. Complexity of sweetness, richness and bitterness. It's the best! When you swallow it, it is so intense and rich that it is rough on the tongue. A lovely bitterness. 65°C Plump baked straw. Thatched roof of snowfall Drink. Milky and rich. Bitterness and baked straw. The sweetness wraps them without disgust. Wonderful! When you drink it, you are wrapped in a pale gentleness. The best to say the least. I won't do it this year because I want to try a lot of things, but from next year onwards, I may buy all the sake from this brewery. It's too easy to see why it's so popular. It's too good to be true! Can you go to work tomorrow? I can't be bothered by my own stupidity in using too much paid time I should have saved my pay for this drink!!!!
