It sticks coldly to the back of the nose like an icicle. Thoroughly clear.
Drink. It is suddenly sweet. And the bitterness and astringency that the tongue is numbed. It is like a bitter persimmon before it ripens. The flavor appeals to the back of the mouth. When it is swallowed, the inside of the mouth is tightened and the face might have lost weight.

Drink it. The lips of the girl. Endlessly soft. If there is a thickening pick, it is the level of honorary president. Pale sweetness in the back. The bitterness is so strong that it makes you numb. This is the true essence of Yamahai. When you swallow it, it is rice. It makes you jump with happiness and joy!

Drink it. It is light for a moment, but soon it becomes thicker. Then, it has a light sweetness and a strong bitterness as if the tongue was tightened with salt. It's delicious! A sake to chew and drink. When you swallow it, the bitter aftertaste fills the back of your throat.

Burnt Creep
Drink. The mouthfeel is light. The light sweetness that stands out is common with the white Yukimine at this temperature. There is a light richness in the back and a suppressed bitterness. When you swallow it, it is moist and deep. This is Yamahai!
I drank it in comparison with the white, but my honest impression is that it is just plain good. If only the price was lower, it would be the best...
But I don't think I'll be repeating it. There are plenty of other cheap and tasty sake.
But the design of the bottle and case is good.
