It is heavy and thick like heavy water. When you swallow it, the mellow alcohol stings the back of your throat. 55°C Lactic acidity and a new aroma of wood. Drink it. The acidity gives it a crisp mouthfeel. However, it becomes thicker as it rolls. The fullness and bitterness are both "Junmai". Only the rice is there. When you swallow it, a little acidity tightens the mouth. 65°C For a moment, it reminded me of hot milk with honey. It reminded me of the famous sake "Senkou". Drink. Black and white classic.
