"Shichida Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw 100% Gohyakumangoku". Rice polishing ratio: 50% Alcohol content: 16 It has the slight carbonation that only new sake can have, and the fresh, youthful texture that only unfiltered raw sake can give, with a gorgeous, fruity aroma. The crisp taste of Gohyakumangoku is combined with a rich sweetness and acidity to create a well-balanced sake. It leaves a smooth and elegant aftertaste. The conditions are almost identical. I compared it with Hakuryu Kutouryuu no Yoake (Dawn of Kutouryuu). Compared to Shichida, the fruity aroma is stronger and the taste is crisp and smart.
