Alcohol Content: 15 degrees Sake Meter: +4
Rice Polishing Ratio: 55% (100% Gohyakumangoku is used)
This sake is brewed with Ogawa yeast using only carefully selected rice suitable for sake brewing.
It has a light, dry taste, but with the flavor of the rice brought out by the toji. (See back label)
Even though it is light and dry, it is smooth on the palate and you can feel the umami of the rice.
This time we had it cold, but it can also be enjoyed with cold or warmed sake.
