The crisp taste of Gohyakumangoku is combined with a rich sweetness and acidity to create a well-balanced sake.
It leaves a smooth and elegant aftertaste.
The conditions are almost identical.
I compared it with Hakuryu Kutouryuu no Yoake (Dawn of Kutouryuu).
Compared to Shichida, the fruity aroma is stronger and the taste is crisp and smart.
