It is said to be dry with a sake degree of +5, but at the moment of drinking, I sensed a slightly sweet aroma. It seems to be light but also has a firm richness.
I drank it cold, and as the name implies, the spiciness was felt in the mouth and nose from the moment of drinking. It has a Sake degree of +10 and an alcohol content of 15.5 degrees.
I was curious about the bottle because it looked like a cider, so I tried it. I thought it would be light, but surprisingly, the spiciness came afterwards. The alcohol content is 13%.
