Since then, I have been curious about this sake brewery. This time, I was so worried about it that I bought this Hanagoromo🌸👍. Now, open the bottle🎉. The aroma has the freshness of a fresh sake. But the aroma is gentle alcohol 😆 I don't dislike it. I don't dislike it. Taste is fresh sweetness and alcohol❣️. Not unpleasant alcohol, but a gentle, juicy alcohol. Tonight, I'm having hokke 🤣. Perfect for a side dish ✌️. Juiciness is more noticeable than the refreshing feeling ❣️ when paired with the entrée. Not spectacular, but the moist bitter sweetness is irresistible 🤣🤣🤣 I would also like to try other brands of sake 🎶.

＜It's bitter-sweet and full of rawness. The color is cloudy and slightly cloudy. The aroma is full of a green herbaceousness and sweetness. On the palate, the sweetness and the bitterness of the raw sake are rampant. However, in the latter half, the aroma disappears nicely while escaping into the nose. It's delicious. If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be San from Princess Mononoke. She is a heroine. I think it's the last scene because the sweetness is clear. But more than the sweetness, I feel the bitterness of being deprived of the forest and the strong will to live. By the way, I heard that the pattern on Sun's face is a tattoo. This is the second stage of new development for Akita Sake! They say it's a heartwarming sake that reminds them of the old days, made with brewer's yeast. The rice is 100% Miyamanishiki, which I love! The aroma is slightly acidic, the taste is complex, but the sweetness of the rice is delicious!
