Ching" special honjozo
When you drink it, the fruity aroma comes first.
After that, you will feel the tightness of sake.
It is also good as a food sake.
The aroma is lessened when heated, but the taste and sweetness are enhanced.
Lukewarm heating is better than hot heating for a refreshing taste.
Hago Honso
Smells sweet, tastes sweet, and leaves a slightly spicy aftertaste. The aftertaste is a little spicy, but the spiciness complements the sweetness. But the spiciness enhances the sweetness. The bitterness also lingers in the mouth a little and does not leave a clean aftertaste.
This is the 478th one-cup, one-pack festival.
Scoring ☆☆☆☆
I consulted with the owner of a liquor store about a sake that goes well with soba noodles and he gave me his choice.
It was a brand called Sanban.
It was a very good sake for a meal 🎶.
Since then, I have been curious about this sake brewery.
This time, I was so worried about it that I bought this Hanagoromo🌸👍.
Now, open the bottle🎉.
The aroma has the freshness of a fresh sake. But the aroma is gentle alcohol 😆 I don't dislike it.
I don't dislike it.
Taste is fresh sweetness and alcohol❣️.
Not unpleasant alcohol, but a gentle, juicy alcohol.
Tonight, I'm having hokke 🤣.
Perfect for a side dish ✌️.
Juiciness is more noticeable than the refreshing feeling ❣️ when paired with the entrée.
Not spectacular, but the moist bitter sweetness is irresistible 🤣🤣🤣
I would also like to try other brands of sake 🎶.
Good evening, T.KISO 🌇.
Despite the four-way name, the label is very maidenly 😁.
I like it if it's not too harsh and has a gentle alcohol taste.
I like the fact that it is suitable as a food wine 👍.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi😄.
It seems that there are several female brewers at this brewery, and they seem to sell brands based on women's ideas.
One of them is this Hanagoromo🌸.
Why, it's so maidenly ❣️It's delicious🤣.
Good morning, Mr. Manachy ☀️.
Mr. Oyaji...
For soba noodles, the aroma is important...so it should not be too gorgeous...hmmm....
I wonder if this is it...
I think this is the one 🤣
In fact, it was a perfect choice.
Good evening, T.KISO 😃.
Is it a sake that goes well with soba 😆⁉️
I've recently started making soba so I'd like to drink it with soba... 😋.
I've made it 4 times and still can't get it right 😭
I think it's interesting because it doesn't go well 😄
Good evening Rafa papa!
I've tried my hand at buckwheat noodle making before, but it's difficult 😅especially to cut 💦I swear it gets too thick and too hard 😭.
Dewa no Fuji is good with soba ❣️
<It's bitter-sweet and full of rawness.
The color is cloudy and slightly cloudy.
The aroma is full of a green herbaceousness and sweetness.
On the palate, the sweetness and the bitterness of the raw sake are rampant. However, in the latter half, the aroma disappears nicely while escaping into the nose. It's delicious.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be San from Princess Mononoke. She is a heroine. I think it's the last scene because the sweetness is clear. But more than the sweetness, I feel the bitterness of being deprived of the forest and the strong will to live.
By the way, I heard that the pattern on Sun's face is a tattoo. But then, who carved it and for what purpose? I wondered. I tried to think about it, but it became too long, so I'd like to write it somewhere else.
Satisfaction: ★★★★.
I have a blog. If you'd like, please click the link in my profile.
This is the second stage of new development for Akita Sake!
They say it's a heartwarming sake that reminds them of the old days, made with brewer's yeast. The rice is 100% Miyamanishiki, which I love!
The aroma is slightly acidic, the taste is complex, but the sweetness of the rice is delicious!
