It is mellow and spicy, with a rice polishing ratio of 60% and 16% alcohol. The aftertaste leaves a spicy aroma, but the moment it enters the mouth it is mellow and nice.
This is Ichijima Shuzo before the name change. It is a junmai sweet sake, and although it is said to be for girls only, it has a sour taste with 11% alcohol content, which may not be to everyone's liking.
