I drank it cold, and as the name implies, the spiciness was felt in the mouth and nose from the moment of drinking. It has a Sake degree of +10 and an alcohol content of 15.5 degrees.
I was curious about the bottle because it looked like a cider, so I tried it. I thought it would be light, but surprisingly, the spiciness came afterwards. The alcohol content is 13%.
It is mellow and spicy, with a rice polishing ratio of 60% and 16% alcohol. The aftertaste leaves a spicy aroma, but the moment it enters the mouth it is mellow and nice.
