I went to the Ozeki Sake Brewery's warehouse opening, which was held for the first time in four years. There were many customers who wanted a goody bag (2,000 yen), and when I arrived around 10:30 a.m., there was a huge line of people, and it took about 20 minutes to get inside the venue. The Daiginjo-nama sake that I drank in the hall was fresh and well-balanced in flavor and acidity. I was also able to buy a goody bag, so I will open a bottle of the limited edition sake (only 1500 bottles) with my children when I return home.
