First sip was a bit sour. The label on the store shelf said karakuchi, but when I got home I noticed the bottle label was mama-Amaki hi. . It almost seems like this sake doesn’t know if it wants to be sweet or dry. Definitely not one I will buy again. 😢

I happened to find this sake on a map and went into the restaurant. It was the driest sake in the lineup. When I drank it, it went into my mouth so smoothly and was so easy to drink that it didn't leave any residue on my tongue. It was so good that I drank the entire glass right away.

I had a drink by myself to celebrate after a break from work. I ordered a set of recommended sake at Nurukan Sato. First up was Hyakujuro. It's dry but aromatic and delicious!
