Akashi sake.
I tasted it and liked it the best, so I bought it.
It's a dark sake and even better than the regular sake, but with this sake, regular grilled eggplant and manganji peppers tasted so much better.
I want to go back to Ibaraki Sake Brewery! 😂

I was happy to see that they give you cash back for the tasting fee if you make a purchase 🐶.
I chose FUKUNOHANA over Ihyakumangoku because it was the darkest and most impressive.
