ひっさんI have enjoyed a variety of autumn sake this year, and I was fortunate enough to have Saku's Hiyayoroshi for the first time 😆.
It's a delicious and tasty Zaku, and the hiyaoroshi is just as good as I expected ❣️
Everything is at a high level: umami, sweetness, spiciness, throatiness, acidity, bitterness, etc. 😆 The label is also stylish and I drank it.
