The autumn leaves are now in full bloom in various parts of Nara🍁.
It's that time of year for sake 🍁🍶.
We will have Danzan Momiji Sake brewed by Nishiuchi Shuzo at the foot of Danzan Shrine in Sakurai, one of the most famous places for autumn leaves 🙏.
It has a calm and matured flavor that is typical of autumn sake 😋.
It is not too peculiar and has a subtle sweetness and acidity👍.
I tried it at various temperatures, but it was best at room temperature to lukewarm.
It seems to go well with simmered or nabe dishes 😉.

Hi, Pon-chan😄
It would be really nice to drink while viewing the autumn leaves on Danzan 🍁🤤 but I think there would be too many people 🌀
I think it would be great with konnyaku skewers sold at a store along the path 😋.
