ひっさんI had always seen Nozomu San at the Osaka Takashimaya sales floor and was curious to finally buy it 😅.
I was attracted by the heavy color and imposing letters on the label, so I chose this pure rice sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.
It has a nice fruity and dry taste with just the right amount of acidity from the sake yeast.
I wanted to try it heated, but I went all out with the cold sake: ☺️
