It is called Misen, another brand of Naeba Shuzo, famous for its brewing forest.
It is a junmai daiginjo, and is quite refreshing.
It does not have the juiciness of Kakusumori, but it has a subtle, elegant sweetness that makes it easy to drink.
It was easy to match with Japanese side dishes in our house.

I would say it's more of a slightly sweet light sake than a light dry 🤔.
I would recommend it to beginners, but it may not have the same impact 😗.
