Pukupuku Brewing's Junmai Sake Amanotsubu 92 Autumn Agari ver.
Pukupuku Brewery, which has no brewing facilities, borrowed the facilities of Tenryohai Brewery, famous for Gagakuyo, and brewed this junmai sake with rice from their home base in Fukushima. ❣️
It is a 92% low-polished sake, full and fruity, but with a polished feel and a slight dryness that makes it easy to drink and very delicious 😋.
There are so many good sake with low rice polishing these days, so I have more and more choices when I buy at the store 😅.
